Pay for a Reading

I the client confirm no reliance nor guarantee is placed upon the result of any reading given by Mandy Jooste of “An Angels Touch” I therefore confirm I am totally in control and responsible as to whether I take the information given and use it, thus placing no blame nor responsibility on the reader in this case Mandy Jooste or the company “An Angels Touch”. Myself the Client therefore waver my legal right to sue or claim for any losses or circumstances as a result of any reading that I have at any time from Mandy Jooste “An Angels Touch” I also confirm that I am 18+ years of age and it is against Mandy Jooste’s and An Angels Touch’s policy to read for minor’s.

Recording of any readings by mechanical or digital methods is strictly prohibited unless express permission is given by Mandy in writing or via e-mail.

I agree to all of this by submission of this form.

All Readings are given on an “Entertainment Purpose” basis only

**Please Note**Please call or log onto skype 5 minutes before the reading to check the line/connection. NO REFUND GIVEN for clients that do not log on/telephone on the day of their reading also if clients are more than 15 minutes late for a reading.
